caring Computers

caring Computers
This post will discuss about how to care for computers without using the software to be downloaded on the internet,,,
yes this he immediately wrote his steps

1. Disk Defragmenter
Defragment disks is the process of rewriting parts of a file on your hard disk to increase the speed of access and retrieval. Basically, when a file is updated, the system tends to keep these constant updates on the largest space on the hard disk, often in different sectors from other parts of the file. When files are thus fragmented, the system must search the hard disk each time the file is opened to find all the files, which slows down response time. The more fragmented the files that will further slow down the response time. For that to do a defrag at least 2 times a month, but if traffic is too often carried out file storage do once a week. Here's how: Start> Windows> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Disk Defragmenter.Perform Analyze first to find out the extent to which the files are fragmented. Then the window will appear where you would be well advised to do a defrag or not.
2. Disk Clean Up
When running complex operating systems like Windows, you may not always know the meaning of all the files on your computer. Sometimes Windows uses files for a specific purpose and then maintain them in a folder designated for temporary files (temporary files). Or, you may have previously installed Windows components that you no longer use. For various reasons, including running out of space on your hard drive, you may want to reduce the number of files on disk, or create more free space, it can be done without damaging your programs by doing a disk clean up.Here's how: Start> Windows> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Disk Cleanup
3. Prefetch
Prefetch function to improve performance during booting and starting an application. At the time of booting or starting an application, Windows will observe what files are being loaded when the application is experiencing initialization. At the time of booting / starting next Windows will load these files automatically. The files that are loaded are located in the folder C: / Windows / Prefetch
4. Deleting Temporary Files
Temporary files are the files default when we install a program, or run it. Temporary files, also a history when we open a window where the web pages automatically to save it. In principle, the files are not used anymore, for that we can remove it permanently.
The files can be found at the following locations:a). C: \ Documents and Settings \ user \ Local Settings \ Tempb). C: \ Documents and Settings \ user \ Recentc). For those who use Mozilla Firefox: C: \ Documents and Settings \ user \ Local Settings \ Application Data \ Mozilla \ Firefox \ Profiles \ c6rzh857.default \ Cached). C: \ WINDOWS \ Temp
Note: Make sure you have activated the menu show hidden files owned windows because those files are hidden files by windows, if not use the following steps: Open Windows Explorer (Windows key + E) -> on the Tools tab select Folder Options - > select the View tab -> select show hidden files and folders
5. Check Disk
As the points above Check Disk is a facility provided by Windows to perform maintenance on the system and the hard disk itself. You can access the Check Disk in the following way:Open Windows Explorer -> Right Click on one of the partitions on your hard drive, select Properties -> select the Tools tab -> then select the check now -> tick both options are displayed (Windows will automatically check the disk after you reboot.Note: Do to all the partitions on your hard drive.
Good Luck
